§  Licensed Intellectual Property means Xilinx IP, Our FPGA source code, and Our algorithm are integrated as Licensed Intellectual Property.

§  Local Distributor means the Company’s authorized official local distributor within your territory, who provide service to you locally 

§  Device means hardware provided by the Company

§  Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual

§  Product means the Application, Licensed Intellectual Property, and the Device provided by the Company

§  Service means our website or any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by Us

§  You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable

What information do we collect?

   We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

· With Your Consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

We process and store your data to respond to any inquiries you may make through our Contact Us page, and Feedback page, facilitate your registration on the site and provide you with information we believe will be of interest to you.  You can opt out of email correspondence at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in any email from us. However, we may still email you to facilitate agreed-upon transactions.

We also use the information we gather to administer the site, track users' movements around the site, and analyze trends. We also use this data to enhance the site and to make it more useful to visitors.

The Company and the Local Distributor are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identified information and will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Children's Privacy
